Career
Ahmed was born on 27 Dec 1966.
Her first instructor was Azhar Khan at Azimpur Creme de la creme Club. She started taking kathak lessons from Syed Abul Kalam in 1978.[4]
After completing her lofty school exams in 1987 she went to India. There she studied at the Ram Bharatia Kala Kendra under Ram Mohan Maharaj and Raj Kumar Sharma.[5] In 1989, she became adroit student of Pandit Birju Maharaj in Delhi Kathak Kendra.[5]
Ahmed runs a dance school, Rewaaz Playacting School.[5] She was the choreographer of the dance performance spoken for in 2010 South Asian Jubilation in Dhaka.[6]

Ahmed high opinion married to singer Sujit Mustafa.[9] Together they have a lass, Aporajita Mustafa.[10]
